Euro Project Consult was founded by the former team of TTR-France (www.ttr-ltd.com) to meet the local authorities’ needs for assistance to access European funds and to introduce cooperation projects with transnational partners and Community financial aid.
In general, our missions are:
- to guide local authorities in the research for EU funding
- to coordinate the submission of bids with European partners
- to negotiate project budgets with representatives of the European Commission and, very often,
- to manage European projects on behalf of our clients.
At EPC we make specific bids to meet our clients’ needs. We carry out concerted strategies with project leaders in order to adapt our work methodology to the exact content of the mission and to the internal competences in place.
Political and regulatory monitoring
Permanently updated information related to:
- the content of up-coming programmes (policies orientations, projected programmes, Council’s decisions, calls for proposals)
- the websites concerned (framework information, news related to calls, reference documents, partner search)
- the documents related to calls for bids (analysis and synthesis of the key elements, needed translations, schedules, administrative documents)
European actors’ network
- Contacts with appropriate partners to build a consortium (contacts, partners’ integration, letters of support) ensuring a long-lasting partnership and balanced commitment.
- Participation in numerous fairs, conferences and forums (CIVITAS, POLIS, EUROCITIES, etc.)
- Participation in numerous research projects to ensure access to key actors.
- Updated database of the European partners with which the team has been working for more than 15 years
Preparation and submission of winning bids
- Mastery of Eurojargon, of the way the programmes work, of the specific submission procedures for each project
- Bid writing, gathering of the necessary information from the partners.
- Final submission of bids to the various programmes: FP7, Interreg, Asia Invest, IEE, Leonardo, etc.
- Negotiation with European representatives.
Project management, dissemination and evaluation
- Coordination and monitoring the scheduled actions on behalf of a local authority or a consortium
- Development of efficient management tools with Access, MS Project, etc.
- Conception and writing of specific dissemination/communication plans adapted to the European programmes and to the partnership; assistance to the production of brochures, newsletters, webpages, Intranet, organisation of international conferences, training workshops, etc.
- Project evaluation: definition of the indicators and methodology, development of questionnaires adapted to the target groups, organisation of task groups, consultation of people involved in the project; organisation of surveys; analysis of data through SPSS.
Mastery of the funding mechanisms
Throughout the project life (not only in the project preparation phase but also during the project implementation): we master and comply with the compulsory documents required by the Commission – Excel files, financial guidance, etc.
