Marie LAUNAY worked of over 10 years as a consultant working in the La Rochelle Urban Community (France) and alongside elected representatives. In 2004 TTR approached her establish TTR-France and again in 2008 creating Euro Project Consult. Where she oversees the development of new bids and manages the team activities.
Marie is a graduate in Spatial Planning (MSc) and a specialist in local and sustainable development.

Olivia CAHN
Principal Consultant
She worked as a research assistant and project management assistant for the United Nations on environmental issues. With her participation in the subsidy contract negotiations with the European Commission for an IEE project, she now assists partner with the implementation. She is also in charge of the management of the CIVINET project for the development of national networks of CIVITAS cities toward a cleaner and sustainable urban mobility.
She is a graduate in International Economics.
